This is the post for yesterday. I was late posting because last night the Metformin made me feel a little queasy and gave me some godawful stomach ache so I was in bed early.
Anyway:
How'd it go?
- Yoghurt -- approx. 78 kcal.
- Dried blueberries and raisins -- approx. 130 kcal.
- KFC Zinger burger (couldn't get out of this one...) -- approx. 481 kcal.
- KFC fries -- approx. 322 kcal.
- Lettuce & Salsa -- approx. 95 kcal.
Total for the day:
1105 kcal. Not too bad considering the KFC slipup.
How about exercise?
- 30 minutes yoga, burning approx. 120 kcal.
- 30 minutes running, burning approx. 300 kcal.
I don't think that was too bad, to be honest. The exercise made me feel good after not running for so long, although I might rest my body for a couple of days before doing it again. The Metformin is taking it out of me. XD
