Day 3

Another late post, I'm afraid! Yesterday wasn't bad. I went into town and wandered around there, then we hear fireworks on campus and chased them until we found where they were coming from. Good exercise there, I'm telling you. This was followed by an impromptu midnight walk to Tesco's. :) I didn't run or do yoga though because I was pretty tired.

How'd it go?
  • Yoghurt -- approx. 78 kcal.
  • Korean chilli rice crackers -- approx. 146 kcal.
  • Tuna sandwich -- approx. 345 kcal.
  • Packet of Marks and Spencers salt and vinegar crisps -- approx. 200 kcal.
  • Half a peanut butter sandwich -- approx. 150 kcal.
  • Cookies -- 240 kcal.
  • Apple - 90 kcal.
Total for today: 1249 kcal.

Eh, not bad. I probably burnt a couple of hundred calories off just running about randomly yesterday. XD
