Day 4

I think these late posts are becoming a habit!


How'd it go?
  • Cheerios and semi skimmed milk -- approx. 150 kcal.
  • 2 chocolate chip cookies, snack sized -- 190 kcal.
  • Dried fruit and dark chocolate -- approx. 177 kcal.
  • Pasta and roasted vegetable sauce -- approx. 445 kcal.
  • 'Low fat' popcorn -- approx. 390 kcal.
Total:  1352 kcal. Most so far, but I was really hungry yesterday and nothing would satisfy me. :(
