Today I've eaten a lot, not been hungry much at all and actually felt slightly nauseous, probably due to the Metformin. However, I think it's been an alright day. Could have done with more exercise, but I'm so tired lately - I think that's the Metformin again...
On another note:
I weighed myself. I went to the doctor's at the same time that I went on Thursday, just to see what would happen, even despite only being on Met for 5 days. On Thursday I hadn't eaten breakfast (just in case of a blood test) and weighed 70kg exactly. Today I went again having eaten a bowl of cheerios and weighed 69.8kg. I know it sounds stupid, but I was so excited! I weighed myself three times and got the same number. I haven't weighed below 70kg in YEARS. So, in five days I've lost like... half a pound? I know I shouldn't get too excited because it's probably just normal fluctuation, but still. It's the lowest number my fluctuation has ever hit. <3 I'm pleased. Please keep going Metformin!! | |
