My goal for the day is 1,000 kcal or less.
How well have I done?
- 2 slices of brown toast with butter -- approx. 280 kcal.
- 80g raw strawberries (one portion, 6 strawberries) -- approx. 20 kcal.
- One scoop of ice cream in a cone -- estimated 200 kcal.
- One serving of Pret's Chorizo and Butterbean Soup -- approx. 179 kcal.
- Two slices of brown toast with butter, and 100g tuna -- approx. 380 kcal.
Total for today: 1059 kcal!
Tomorrow is going to be a bad day, so I may have to up my goal a little. We're eating out with our new housemate to get to know her, and I don't want to have to worry too much about what I eat. However, it WILL be my goal to focus on how full I'm feeling and STOP EATING before I normally would. Hopefully this will stop me from getting too full, which is usually one of my biggest problems. >_>
We'll be walking around all day, too, because we're going dress shopping for our end of year ball. Should be fun! :) I'll eat a decent breakfast and hope that I don't go too over my calories later in the day.
Any exercise?
Didn't do much again today as I'm still trying to get used to eating so few calories. If I were to do any more exercise, I think I would have to eat more. I'll just wait for my body to adjust for a couple of weeks first. However, I am doing 50 situps a night to (like I said) get my body ready for when I start yoga again. :)
Eventually I want to post a picture of myself up here. But right now I'm not ready. I don't have scales here with me at university, so I can't weigh myself either. It's frustrated, so I'll have to just focus on seeing if I FEEL any different...
