Today... I haven't really done much, so haven't needed much energy at all.
My goal for the day is 1,000 kcal or less.
How well have I done?
- 400g raw strawberries (a whole punnet, because they were going out of date) -- approx. 100 kcal.
- 2 slices of brown bread and butter -- approx. 280 kcal.
- 5 fish fingers -- approx. 230 kcal.
- Half a can of sweetcorn (one portion) -- approx. 63 kcal.
- One serving of carmelised onion mayonnaise -- approx. 89 kcal.
- One glass of red grade Tropicana juice -- approx. 150 kcal
Also, I've discovered that having a syndrome like Poly-cystic Ovary Syndrome means that I should cut out things like bread and pasta because my body can't handle them. This will be a difficult transition, so rather than cutting them out entirely I'm just going to aim to limit how often I eat them. Hopefully that will make losing weight a possibility (the internet sources that losing weight with PCOS is almost impossible :( )
