Days 4 & 5

So, yesterday was bad as I predicted. I don't know quite how much I ate, because we ate out during the day so I couldn't keep track. However, I did notice that I couldn't eat as much in the restaurants as I normally would have, leaving a few of my chips/fries and only having a couple of spoons of the strawberry sundae I shared with a friend. Plus, the food ending up going straight though me. :( It wasn't nice, but it did mean that I didn't feel really bad afterwards.

Today... I haven't really done much, so haven't needed much energy at all.

My goal for the day is 1,000 kcal or less.

How well have I done?
  •  400g raw strawberries (a whole punnet, because they were going out of date) -- approx. 100 kcal.
  • 2 slices of brown bread and butter -- approx. 280 kcal.
  • 5 fish fingers -- approx. 230 kcal.
  • Half a can of sweetcorn (one portion) -- approx. 63 kcal.
  • One serving of carmelised onion mayonnaise -- approx. 89 kcal.
  • One glass of red grade Tropicana juice -- approx. 150 kcal
That's a total of 912 kcal! That's the lowest I've managed to get it! =D

Also, I've discovered that having a syndrome like Poly-cystic Ovary Syndrome means that I should cut out things like bread and pasta because my body can't handle them. This will be a difficult transition, so rather than cutting them out entirely I'm just going to aim to limit how often I eat them. Hopefully that will make losing weight a possibility (the internet sources that losing weight with PCOS is almost impossible :( )

Anyway. I'm doing okay! Go me? :)
