3 fish fingers -- approx. 138 kcal.
One strawberry milkshake (I had milk that needed using...) -- approx. 158 kcal.
One serving of lettuce -- approx. 10 kcal.
One serving of Heinz baked beans -- approx. 151 kcal.
One serving of cucumber -- approx. 10 kcal.
One serving of chopped green beans -- approx. 22 kcal.
A drizzle of sweet chilli sauce -- approx. 45 kcal.
One bowl of mulligatawny soup -- approx. 216 kcal.
Granny Smith apple -- approx. 80 kcal.
Total for today: 830 kcal.
That I'm proud of. Unfortunately, today wasn't ideal because I didn't have time for breakfast before my lecture this morning. I've been trying to make up for that by eating earlier throughout the day. :)
