Day 6

Eh, I don't think that today has gone brilliantly; this is mostly because I caved in and bought myself a little square of brownie and a milkshake earlier. However, I did immediately regret this, and felt kind of sick afterwards. I think that getting down to 1,000 calories is easier now, and I feel less hungry throughout the day. When I first started I was hungry all the time...

My goal for the day is 1,000 kcal or less.

How well have I done?
  • A selection of green raisins, jumbo raisins and white chocolate buttons -- approx. 181 kcal.
  • Pea and ham soup (from uni canteen) -- approx. 184 kcal.
  • One slice of chocolate brownie -- approx. 396 kcal.
  • Strawberry frappe milkshake -- approx 475 kcal. (I never realised this was so bad until I looked it up!)
  • Salad (sweetcorn, pepper, lettuce, tuna, dressing) -- approx. 120 kcal.
Total for today: 1,356 kcal. You have no idea how much going over has upset me today. However, the brownie didn't fill me up and so I still needed to eat supper tonight. I feel like such a failure! I'm going to learn from this and make sure it doesn't happen again. I will only be bad on bad days, damnit! D=
